At TWOPAGES Curtains, we stand behind the precision and quality of our smart drapery and motorized window solutions. If you are not completely satisfied with your electronic hardware or custom shades, you may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Request

    Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the electronic items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Prepare Hardware

    Carefully repackage the curtains and smart motors in their original packaging, ensuring all remote controls, power adapters, and mounting brackets are included.

  • 3.
    Shipping and Labeling

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to ensure tracked delivery to our warehouse.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the electronic components are in original working condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
